The Latino Economic Development Association (LEDA) and the African American Business Association (AABA) are partnering to bring valuable workforce development resources directly to our Joliet community!
Join us at 310 N. Ottawa St. (Social Butterfly), to learn about the Climate and Equitable Jobs Act (CEJA) Workforce Program and discover opportunities to gain skills, hands-on experience, and career credentials.
PROGRAM BENEFITS
$13 Per Hour Stipend: Earn a stipend while participating in the program.
8-Week Program: Participate in a focused training program designed to help prepare you for career opportunities.
On-the-Job Training: Gain practical, hands-on experience to build your skills and workplace confidence.
Certification: Work toward earning a certification that can strengthen your qualifications for future employment.
Career Development: Explore pathways to opportunities in clean energy and related industries.
